Upperville Hunter Hack
Upperville Hunter Hack is a 24"x24" oil on canvas painting that hung in Common Grounds, a coffee shop in Middleburg VA, for the month of June 2018 during the Upperville Colt and Horse Show. All the paintings I hung for that show were minimal color with plenty of bare white canvas showing. The simple lines of blue color show off the horse's motion and the white canvas pops them forward making the fairly dark space brighter.
The actual blue color is brighter than this photo. It is currently part of my personal collection and the first painting to be developed into my line of fabrics. Most all of my work is from my own original photo reference. A very strict copyright does apply.
